Both vendors and landlords have access to the branch owner, Stuart Murray, pretty much 24/7. He is always available to take calls whether out of office hours, weekends and bank holidays. Stuart is known to go well beyond the expected scope of an estate agent. Recently he met with the potential purchaser on a £1m+ property with her kitchen designer on a Sunday; he helped sell an elderly couple's home whilst helping find, and negociating on their behalf their new home and he conducted a valuation at 10 at night (which he subsquently took on).
