Hunters started in 1992, founded on the firm principles of excellent customer service, pro-activity and achieving the best possible results for our customers. These principles still stand firm and we are today one of the UK's leading estate agents with over 180 branches throughout the country. Our ambition is to become the UK's favourite estate agent and by keeping the customer at the very heart of our business, we firmly believe we can achieve this.

Hunters is principally owned and run by the people who work in the company. The vast majority of our offices are run by independent estate agents who are experts within their own local area and who benefit from being part of the Hunters national network. We continuously carry out Customer Care follow up calls to ensure that we always deliver on our promises and when we make a mistake, we put it right. Our survey results* show a customer satisfaction rating of 96% - significantly above the national average for our industry.
