Josie has worked in the estate agency industry for an amazing 18 years. She works for Wrights as a lettings manager. This means that she is responsible for running the lettings department, building new business and dealing with the many aspects of the lettings industry including dealing with customers, lettings administration and property maintenance. Josie loves her job and likes the varied and busy nature of the role.

Louise joined Wrights as our Property Manager in October 2022, having worked in the lettings industry for over 18 years in a similar role. Louise is looking forward to supporting the Lettings team in an admin role as well as dealing with tenants and landlord with any queries. She is enjoying working for a local independent agent and getting to know our clients. In her spare time she enjoys reading and the odd glass of gin.

Sharon enjoys her busy role as a Lettings Consultant. She deals with the landlords and tenants on a daily basis and she also carries out regular property inspections. Sharon loves the fact the role is varied and that every day is different and she gets to meet a range of diverse people in her role. She also enjoys working with an established and friendly team. In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with her family and friends, dining out, going to the cinema and theatre.

James joined our Hatfield branch towards the end of 2019. James has a vast experienced knowledge within the Sales industry and quickly turned this experience in to property. James has worked hard in the sales market and is now our Sales Manager. James has a real passion for finding applicants their forever home and guiding vendors through the selling process. In his spare time James likes to watch football and is kept busy by his two children.

Chloe joined our Hatfield team as a Sales Negotiator. While at university she worked for a student estate agent, where she would carry out viewings and assist in letting properties.
