  Having left the Royal Agricultural University Alex has spent his entire career in property and has recently been promoted to an Associate Director. Prior to joining the company Alex has spent most of his career working in central London before returning to Norfolk in 2013 and is now looking forward to taking the family run business into the future.

  Rachel Syder

  Sales Manager

  Our Sales Manager, Rachel, has a wealth of local knowledge and understanding having lived in this area all of her life and has been an Estate Agent in the South Norfolk area for several years. She is a well-known member of the local community and her passion and love of the property industry is an inspiration to the entire Whittley Parish team. Overseeing the smooth running of the Diss and Long Stratton Offices.

  Our Assistant Manager, Louise, is a local lady through and through having lived in the vicinity of Diss all of her life which is a great asset when selling properties locally. Since leaving school she has worked in all aspects of Estate Agency and joined Whittley Parish three years ago. Clients naturally warm to Louise’s kind and friendly manner and her attention to detail and competence ensures that customers receive an excellent service as all the Thank You cards concur.

  Lettings Manager

  New to the Whittley Parish team, our Lettings Manager Matt, has swiftly and seamlessly settled into his new role and surroundings. His vast experience in lettings was mostly gained from several years of managing properties in Canary Wharf, London and Bury St Edmunds.

  Lettings Administration Manager

  Stephanie Williams is the longest standing member of our Lettings Department having been with Whittley Parish for nearly 15 years and has wealth of knowledge and experience within the Lettings industry.

  Rhonda Clarke

  Senior Accounts Manager

  Rhonda has been with the company since 2012 and in her role as Accounts Manager, she oversees the daily operations of the accounts department in an efficient and meticulous manner. Having worked in the banking industry for most of her life Rhonda and her husband took a year out in 2011 and went travelling from Alaska to Patagonia exploring many exciting places along the way. Needless to say, Rhonda has developed a passion for travelling and loves the chance to get in a bit of scuba diving whenever she can.

  Prue Hull MARLA

  Lettings Valuer

  Prue Hull is a qualified member of ARLA and has worked for us for some 11 years after gaining experience in lettings in North Essex & Cambridge. She joined the team then as our full time Lettings Manager, although now she has semi-retired and works part time within the department. She aims to provide a dedicated personal customer service to all our Landlords and Tenants.

  Mike Brown

  Property Management Consultant

  Mike oversees all aspects of property maintenance within our busy Lettings department and co-ordinates works required between contractors, landlords and tenants as well attending all property inspections as part of our management service. Outside of the office Mike is a season ticket holder at Carrow Road and also a keen golfer. Married for 45 years Mike enjoys time with his family and long walks with Freddie his English Setter.

  Jill Howard

  Administrator

  Jilly Howard came to Whittley Parish in 2003 after working at Barclays Bank and is now the backbone of the admin department servicing both the Diss and Long Stratton branches. Her meticulous and thorough way of working ensures the smooth running of the department and she is always happy to help with any given task. Outside of the office Jilly enjoys card making and never forgets a colleagues birthday which is another testament to her thoughtful and caring ways.

  Lene CHRISTENSEN-MARTIN

  Senior Sales Negotiator

  Lene started in Estate Agency on the South coast more years ago than she would like to remember and took a break for a few years working for a Commercial Energy Assessor involved in carbon and energy reduction in all types of building including Sustainable Homes which she found hugely interesting. However, Lene is glad to now be back in Estate Agency as she has a real passion for property, she is always delighted to hand over keys to a new home owner and loves meeting and building relationships with both vendors and purchasers alike.

  Ellen Bridges MNAEA

  Sales Negotiator

  Ellen is the most recent addition to join the team at Whittley Parish and we are delighted to welcome her to our company. She has several years of Estate Agency experience along with an excellent local knowledge of the South Norfolk area having lived here all of her life. Her comprehensive understanding of the property industry gives confidence to both buyers and sellers alike and they can always rely on Ellen’s full support. Outside of the office Ellen plays in a local ladies football team and this year has experienced her first snow boarding holiday.

  Clare Lord

  Senior Administrator

  Since taking RSA Level II & III at Sixth Form Clare has been doing admin for more years than she cares to remember and has more recently become an essential member of the Whittley Parish team co-ordinating and organising the department’s workload. Clare enjoys playing carpet bowls and is the league secretary to the South Norfolk Carpet Bowls Federation also finding time to play for the Norfolk Carpet Bowls team

  Administrator / Sales Negotiator

  Lindsey has worked in various admin positions throughout her career and during her five years at Whittley Parish she has become an invaluable member of the team. Always happy to help out she gives additional support to the Sales team and Lindsey’s cheerful personality really shines through when registering buyers and arranging viewings.

  Ellie Howsen

  Lettings Property Management Consultant

  Having left college last year after studying Art, Design and Photography Ellie joined Whittley Parish on an apprenticeship scheme in 2016 covering residential property letting and management, having now completed her qualification after 12 months of intensive work based learning and studying, Ellie is now valuable member of the team, having quickly developed a wealth of knowledge within the industry.

  Lettings Accounts Manager

  Suzi is the Accounts Administrator for Whittley Parish Lettings and commenced working for the company in 2014. Coming from a previous banking background and also working in the software industry Suzi’s skills transferred perfectly to fit with her role in accounts which involves processing rents and paying Landlords, banking reconciliations and chasing rent arrears.

  Robin Martin

  Viewing Guide

  Robin has been a viewing guide with Whittley Parish since 2011 and his friendly personality shines through as he greets customers on the doorstep with a warm welcome. Having had a wide variety of posts during his career Robin has travelled all over the UK with various employers but always looked forward to returning home to Norfolk. Keen on Horse trials he is a regular visitor to Blenheim Palace and Gatscombe Park and his other long time passion is the theatre where he enjoys many a performance from local theatre groups to national companies.

  Viewing Guide

  John is one of our three viewing guides and his polite and courteous manner combined with his knowledge of every Whittley Parish property ensures a pleasant and informative experience for the viewer. Following a career in engineering where he worked for a large truck and trailer manufacturer John joined Whittley Parish in 2011. Married with three children John and his family have rehomed in excess of thirty cats over the years usually five or six at a time!

  Viewing Guide/Board Contractor Formerly a Civil Servant Martin joined Whittley Parish as a viewing guide and board contractor and has become a valuable addition to the team. With his cheery personality and “can do” attitude nothing is too much trouble for Martin. Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, taking holidays abroad with his wife and if time allows fishing is a favourite pastime for him.

  Brian Rumsey, who is an independent mortgage advisor, deals with all of the major mortgage lenders on a daily basis and has access to the most comprehensive and up to date mortgage products. Brian has 25 years experience in the mortgage market and is happy to arrange appointments either within the office or at your home.
