  Managing Director

  Since the early 80’s Chris White has practised as a Commercial Chartered Surveyor along the London to Birmingham M40 having been based in High Wycombe and Aylesbury, setting up a new commercial practice in Banbury in 1988. Chris has substantial experience along the M40 and is extremely well connected with local authorities and companies in the area, having also served for 11 years as Chairman and President of the North Oxfordshire Chamber of Commerce. His areas of expertise are focused on Commercial Property Development; Site Assembly; Planning and Occupier Consultancy. Chris directs the Company’s Commercial Property Agency and Marketing Team and is well known throughout the industry for his ‘northern directness’ and sense of humour!

  Inspection Assistant

  Harvey’s main duties involve initial reception; regional inspections and viewings of Commercial Property Instructions with potential occupiers and provision of relevant information; taking enquiries and providing assistance with all aspects of marketing and administration including compiling and implementing the company’s marketing strategies.
