We consider renewal fees to be unfair as do the majority of Landlords. To pay an agent a percentage of the rent in the second year and beyond for little work is unjustifiable, this is why it is our policy not to charge landlords any renewal fees. With the landlord in mind, we can offer flexible and advantageous payment terms; we guarantee, subject to the tenancy break clause, that we will refund our fees on a pro rata basis if a tenancy ends earlier than the full term. You have an option to spread our letting fee over the initial 12 month term of the tenancy & you can benefit from six months free rent warranty (both available with Rent Collection service). As members of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and The Property Ombudsman, we voluntarily follow the strict Codes of Practise and Rules of Conduct laid down by these professional bodies, helping to maintain and raise industry standards.
