  Matthew Jones

  Managing Director

  If you book a valuation with The Purple Property Shop, Matthew is likely to be the first person you meet, Matthew is a qualified Accountant with fifteen years’ continuous employment as a Management Accountant in the health sector. His roles have included Head of Primary Care Finance and Assistant Director of Finance. Matthew leads on the valuations of the property and manages the finance side of the business. Matthew believes in a ‘hands-on’ personal approach. Right from the start, Matthew allows up to two hours for each valuation appointment, building on the careful research and market analysis performed, Matthew will go into as much (or as little) detail as the individual requires to ensure the valuation of the property (and the science behind it) is understood.

  Sally Jones

  Director of Sales and Marketing

  Responsible for the operational management of the company including the marketing of all properties, Sally has a background in operational management roles within the public health sector including Associate Director of Performance and Divisional General Manager. Sally believes the quality of marketing cannot be underestimated and for this reason ensures all properties have plenty of high quality photographs (using professional photography equipment), in addition to floor plans (provided free of charge) and a full detailed room by room write up. Sally also manages the operational team and takes overall responsibility for customer service and client care, negotiations, completions and client communication all of which are the fundamental principles that our company is founded on.

  Lynne Mason

  Customer Service and Office Manager

  Customer service is at the forefront of everything The Purple Property Shop stand for and Lynne’s role as Customer Service Manager cements our principles together. Lynne plays a pivotal role in supporting clients in the sale of their property, reviewing properties on a daily basis and updating the property details to ensure their property is marketed in the best way possible. In addition Lynne contacts all our clients when a property is first marketed to introduce herself and provide her contact details, should sellers which to discuss their property at any time. Lynne also provides all clients with a fortnightly report on the marketing position of their property. Lynne also deputises as Office Manager in Sally’s absence and is responsible for managing the administration side of the company. With a solid grounding in Office Administration, Lynne trained and worked as a secretary embarking on a long career as a television advertising sales executive before leaving to raise her children. Having returned to work after a substantial break Lynne is a very dynamic and valued member of our team.

  Danielle Broadfoot

  Property Marketing Manager

  Danielle joined The Purple Property Shop to head up the marketing of the properties. The Purple Property Shop believes that the key to selling a property is first-class marketing, and Danielle’s appointment is paramount to achieving this goal. Danielle recently graduated with a degree in visual arts which was heavily focussed on photography and also possesses an interior design qualification. Under the supervision and management of Sally (Sales and Marketing Director), Danielle brings a creative element to the team to ensure that our properties stand out from the crowd. Bursting with enthusiasm and ideas, Danielle is always willing to offer alternative photographic options to our clients to ensure that their property is always shown in the best light.

  Lettings Manager

Additionally for those landlords requiring a fully comprehensive managed service JilI will provide peace of mind and allow you to hand over the responsibility and problem solving that renting your property requires. Having spent over twenty years working for the local newspaper in Bolton Jill is very experienced in dealing with the general public and various business professionals from all walks of life. Jill takes pride in her work and endeavours to give a first class customer service as this something she believes passionately in. Her fundamental belief is that customers should be looked after and helped in the same way that she would like to be taken care of herself. Helping customers enjoy the best possible service providing them with a stress-free experience whatever their situation is what Jill enjoys the most about her role.

  Property Consultant

  Natasha joins the team having gained previous experience in property sales, lettings and conveyancing. In her previous roles at both estate agents and solicitors, Natasha has gained knowledge of the property purchasing process from the valuation stage through to completion. Natasha has extensive office administration experience and works across all departments of our company. Natasha supports Matthew in the research and administrative duties prior to a valuation appointment, and assists Jill with property inspections for the lettings department. In addition to which Natasha is a valued member of our customer service team and can often be found in the office, accompanying clients on a viewing, or on the end of the telephone offering advice and support to our clients.
