Welcome to thepropertyshop, we are a local independant family run lettings agency covering Residential and Commercial Property Management with local knowledge and customer service at its heart. Tenant retention and customer referral are the key to our business. We have over a large amount of landlords that we successfully look after with 25 years experience (which we are celebrating this year, where have the years gone!) we own a large portfolio ourselves that is always expanding, 2018 saw the full renovation of our premises that we own, so its safe to say you are in good hands and that we won't be going anywhere. We've had quite a bit of movement in our blocks recently as we work closely with the Hinge Centre, a homeless charity within the town. Also many new landlords which is great, and their properties have been let quickly so only very short void periods once we take on their property, no upfront fees and a personal service thrown in, its brilliant that the word is getting round about thepropertyshop. Landlords are confident handing over the reigns and glad to be freeing up their time knowing that their property is in good hands. Our Landlord base is growing weekly with many coming to us, some with current issues mainly non payment of rent and are needing our eviction advice which we will then full manage, or others that require full management with all the added bonuses of letting with us. Some Landlords are not receiving the customer service, piece of mind and losing confidence in their agent, properties empty for months and are losing money, so we offer Rent Protection and free legal expenses, Advertising on Zoopla, one of the largest property portal online, No Upfront Fees, Excellent Service and a Family run experienced team. We will manage your Building Investment Asset, build up a good relationship with our landlords, our tenants and are on hand to look after property matters.
