  I am totally passionate about property! From the investigatory beginnings of finding what my clients are really looking for, to securing that dream home or perfect investment through to changing the world view of tenants and managing agents alike. With a wealth of knowledge garnered over my 20 year career spanning both corporate and independent estate agency meaning I've had the luxury of great training in the early years of my career, being exposed to all sides of the business at all levels and have then been able to use this training and experience to help set up several smaller independent businesses and carry them through to the top of their market share. Combining my experience and knowledge of the local and national property market, I am now focusing my attention on my own project, giving a more personalised service and have therefore created Temple Wharf Property Consultants. Working with first time investors through to experienced landlords looking at the next investment trend, I am able to offer a comprehensive service My aim is to source the correct properties or developments, negotiating the best deal and then portfolio management, all whilst maintaining my core values of being a positive, passionate and straight talking property professional.
