This ‘City Fringe’ location remains our ‘patch’ and we have seen the surrounding areas undergo a vast amount of transition since the firm was founded in 1955. As the area around us has adapted over the years so has our firm as we strive to ensure we offer an excellent service and up-to-date advice to our clients. We are an independent property consultancy working out of our offices on Commercial Street, close to Liverpool Street and Aldgate East Stations.We deal with every facet of property focussing particularly on commercial agency. The firm are also experts on Georgian Spitalfields and have been involved in the sale of the local Georgian Townhouses since the firm was founded over sixty years ago. We have a very strong planning department having developed good working relationships with both the Tower Hamlets and Hackney Boroughs. Our firm also offers a wide range of professional services carried out by RICS accredited staff.

Jeremy Tarn
Director
Jeremy is the current owner of the family practice known as Tarn & Tarn. He has been working in the property industry for over 30 years and his firm has been involved in some of the largest deals within Spitalfields and Shoreditch helping to mould the current eclectic mix that the area is known for. He also has an unrivalled knowledge of Georgian Spitalfields having sold or been involved in most of the Georgian House sales in the area.
Arthur Nowicki
Senior Manager
Arthur holds the position of senior manager at Tarn & Tarn, having joined the firm in 2004. Since joining Arthur has developed a strong reputation for delivering efficient service to a broad range of commercial and residential clients. In addition to being instrumental in the daily running of the agency, Arthur is passionate about good property management and ensures that all properties maintained by Tarn & Tarn are managed to his exacting standards.
Michael Logue
Negotiator
Michael currently holds the position of junior negotiator at Tarn and Tarn, having recently graduated from university; he hopes to pursue a career in commercial agency with the company. New to the property industry, Michael is taking full advantage of both the buoyant, ever-changing property market of East London and the experienced expertise of the Tarn and Tarn team that surround him. Michael is presently looking to further his knowledge of commercial real estate, focusing on becoming a RICS qualified chartered surveyor in the near future.
David Raymond
Negotiator
Having completed 6 months’ work experience in a well-established firm of chartered surveyors, David is the newest member of our team. Young and motivated, David has strong desire to take in as much as he can from his more experienced colleagues and is eager to pursue a career as a commercial property agent. David is fascinated by the dynamic nature of the East End property market, and intends to specialise in this area in future.
