During his career every position from Tea Boy to Operations Director has been covered working mainly for large national companies, until the inception of Spencer & Leigh in 2003.

Born and bred in Brighton, Leigh plays an active daily role within the company assisting clients with both sales and lettings solutions. Having started his career in agency over twenty years ago, Leigh is a member of ARLA and is able to put his experience and friendly manner to good use when liaising with all aspects of property. In his spare time Leigh enjoys running, playing golf and spending time with his young family.

Having grown up in Portslade and lived all his life locally, James has an unrivalled and in depth knowledge of the area. James joined Spencer & Leigh in 2003, having previously worked for a corporate agent in Brighton.
