  Jonathan Newall

  Director

  Prior to setting up Southgate Estates (Formerly SaleBoards), Jonathan was working as a chartered engineer in a leading automotive research consultancy. It was his experience in buying and selling houses that inspired Jonathan to set up a truly different estate agency, where customers are always treated honestly and fairly. Jonathan now heads up the company and is involved in all aspects of the agency.

  Laura Newall

  Director

  Laura left her teaching profession to set up Southgate Estates (Formerly SaleBoards) with her husband Jonathan. Whilst Laura’s main role in the business is the valuing of properties, she maintains regular communication with our vendors and is always on hand to discuss progress and offer advice. She has also forged excellent links with the charity Amigos and has made several trips to Uganda to visit their projects.

  Jessica Cantell

  Negotiator

  Jessica brings a variety of skills to the team and immerses herself in many aspects of the business, including instructing new properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating sales/lettings. She also produces much of our social media marketing.

  Kate Boddington

  Sales Progressor

  With a decade of experience as a property lawyer, Kate has worked part-time for Southgate Estates as our sales progressor since 2009. She works closely with solicitors to ensure that the sales process progresses smoothly and gives regular updates to our clients.

  Josh Morris

  Sales Negotiator

  Josh is our newest member of the sales team and is already thriving within the role; helping negotiate sales, conducting countless viewings and answering calls in the office. He has just completed his NFOPP Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property.

  Becky Fox

  Lettings Manager

  Becky brings a wealth of knowledge to our lettings department with over 20 years experience in property management and development. She is also NFOPP Level 3 qualified in Residential Letting and Property Management keeping us up to date with all compliance requirements. Becky is always available for advice and guidance and can walk you through the process step by step.

  Administrator

  Meg is one the newest members to our team and works to keep the office managed smoothly, taking phone calls, booking in appointments and organising all of the office administration.

• Kim Morrison

  Lettings Negotiator

  Kim works within our lettings team in a friendly manner to ensure customers leave either the office or property they are viewing with a smile on their face.
