In that time we have acquired a detailed knowledge of the area, the streets and squares and most important of all, the values achieved and obtainable. Soames has the advantage of being a small agency with specialist knowledge acquired over many years. We have also assisted several purchasers over the years and acted on their behalf as well as representing our clients selling their properties. The main areas covered are Chelsea and Kensington, Belgravia, Notting Hill, Holland Park and Battersea and Fulham.
• Lettings. Soames lettings department prides itself on finding landlords’ first class tenants for their properties and also finding tenants suitable properties that match their preferences, as soon as possible. We ensure that that the needs of the individual are fully understood, in order to tailor our property search service for each applicant, thus maximising our success in finding the right property efficiently. We aim to provide a friendly, professional and relaxed service to ensure that both our clients and our applicants feel confident and secure in their choices.
