James heads up the Horsell branch sales team. Having originally worked with Lloyd in early 2004 James successfully ran a number of offices in and across London for a large corporate agency before joining Seymours in 2014. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a consistent can do attitude. James lives locally with his wife Lisa and two children Josh and Isla. In his spare time he enjoys football and fitness and is unfortunately a Crystal Palace fan so he rarely experiences victory outside of team Seymours.

We are very lucky to have Sandra as part of our team looking after buyers and sellers during the sales progression. Having worked in agency since early 2002, Sandra began her career with Mann & Co in Horsell and went on to become a branch manger working in Goldsworth Park, Weybridge and Chobham. Sandra's extensive knowledge of all aspects of the industry is hard to match and there is rarely a issue that she hasn't already overcome. At what is potentially the most stressful and complex part of the buying and selling process Sandra has a refreshing ability to be both calming and reassuring whilst still stern enough to get the job done. Grateful clients often drop in wine and chocolates which on the odd occasion she will share with the rest of the team. Sandra lives locally and is partial to a pamper day when she isn't working her way through the wine and chocolates.

Without doubt, Nicola has the best job in the office. An expert on each of our properties, Nicola is very much on the front line out on viewings the majority of the day. Nicola has an extensive service industry background having managed a team for Virgin Atlantic for many years before having two children Caitlin and Theo with her husband John. The family are very well know locally having lived in the area all of their lives in fact John and Nicola actually grew up in the same road in Horsell many years ago. Nicola has a real passion for the industry and loves dealing with people and property. She is extremely punctual and knowledgeable, taking time and care to fully understand the intricacies of each of our clients homes and to provide invaluable assistance to buyers looking to make huge life changing decisions. If Nicola gets any spare time between being a mum and working unsociable hours you'll find her in the hairdressers across the road from the office getting a relaxing wash and blow dry.

George takes great pride in his role and in representing the company and has consecutively been the top performer across the group of Seymours offices for the past four years. George also consistently receives great customer feedback and has therefore deservedly progressed though the ranks from Trainee, through Senior Negotiator to now Sales Manager. George lives in Horsell and in his down time you will often find him in the local gym. George loves food almost as much as property and is very creative in the kitchen both at the office and at home.

Tom Biffen
Sales Manager
After proudly obtaining his degree at Southampton University, Tom followed Lloyd and James starting his agency career with the same larger corporate agency back in 2011. After learning the ropes and showing great early promise he was quickly flagged by James as one to watch reminding him of a younger Lloyd! After taking a break from the industry to go travelling Tom returned to re-focus on his career and was head hunted by James to join the Seymours family in 2014. Tom is very genuine team player and is popular with buyers and sellers often going above and beyond expectations. His reputation is well deserved and he is always a charming, charismatic and reliable member of the team both in and out of work. Outside of work Tom is always the go to member of staff for all things golf related and plays off of a 6 handicap although we would question this and recommend he plays off scratch for any inter office games. Tom is an avid Brentford fan and can also be found down the local gym with George in the early hours of the morning.
