He founded Sears & Co and works in the business full time carrying out valuations, viewings and generally ensuring its smooth running. Richard has an incredible passion for property and marketing ensuring Sears & Co consistently stay one step ahead of the competition. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his young family and is a keen golfer.

Stacey re joined Sears & Co in 2021 after her original 3 year stint with the company back in 2014. Stacey has over 10 years agency experience dealing with some of the most prestigious homes in Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire. Day to day Stacey will be responsible for all aspect of 'after sales' dealing with solicitors and ensuring cases reach completion. Stacey is also responsible for client care ensuring All the vendors at Sears & Co receive the best possible service.

Oliver joined Sears & Co in early 2018. Oliver is Hemel Hempstead 'born and bred' like the rest of our team and attended the Adeyfield school. Day to day you will find Oliver accompanying prospective buyers and tenants on viewings, carrying out property valuations and dealing with queries at the office. In his spare time Oliver is a self confessed car enthusiast.

Lettings Property Manager
Kay is the latest addition to the team at Sears & Co joining in early 2020. Kay will be responsible for the smooth running of the letting department. This includes tenancy creation & renewals, dealing with repair and maintenance issues and generally liaising with landlords on a day to day basis. Key has also been local to Hemel Hempstead for the majority of her life, outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family and all manor of crafting activities.

Office Admin
Ruth of course also lives in Hemel Hempstead and has done for a number of years. Ruth has been with Sears & Co since the company formed in 2014, her role is to ensure smooth running of the office and also handles many of the HR requirements. When out of the office Ruth prefers nothing more than a 'proper' cup of coffee and spending time with her family.
