  I started my career in Estate Agency initially over 30 years ago. Since then I have spent time in various roles in The Courts Service as well as Nursing as a paid hobby, yes, I am a workaholic! I retained an active interest in property over the years and am a Landlord myself so understand the pressures and huge responsibility it brings. Fire in my belly was missing something and I returned to Estate Agency 13 years ago as an Inventory Clerk, then as a Rental Manager in the mid Devon area.

  I have been the Managing Director of the group of our companies since 2001. I enjoy all aspects of Lettings, Sales and refurbishments, I especially enjoy organising the team on future duties within the business from our office in the centre of the City of Exeter. Success cannot be achieved without a good team to work alongside you which I strongly believe we have, I try to inspire, motivate, push and develop all our staff to achieve great things in their work and life.

  As one of the Directors I am driven to succeed working with a great team of staff. I particularly enjoy overseeing refurbishment projects resulting in maximising rental income for our clients. I am very proud of our dynamic approach as part of our constantly changing industry, ensuring our service levels and compliance to our clients and tenants are of exemplary standards. Out of work I enjoy the local seaside town where I have lived all my life. I love spending time with my wife and children.

  I joined the Residential Lettings team at the beginning of 2021. I bring with me a wealth of experience in administrative and compliance roles. I thoroughly enjoy the customer service element of my role here and find combining the above skills into the Lettings industry ensures that every day is enjoyable and productive. I felt at home and settled immediately, working with a friendly and enthusiastic team. I am married and spend most of my free time with my husband and dog on long walks.

  I have lived in the South West most of my life but moved to Salisbury and then Staffordshire for four years around the year of 2000. I have dealt with buildings insurance works, maintenance, planning applications, new build and refurbishment projects for several different companies including ROK, LSL and Build Consultants Ltd. I have been working within the company group for just over 4.5 years in a variety of different roles which have been challenging.

  I have a wealth of experience within the property industry having previously worked in specialist asset management roles at LSL before joining my current role as a Senior Property Manager. Within our group I have worked in several roles for the company since 2017, I have built up a knowledge of maintenance resolution and legislative requirements which is now being put to use in the property management department. I and my team are making sure all our clients and properties are legal.
