She worked at the Northfield office overseeing the BVT Portfolio until June 2008, when she then joined the Lettings Department based in Barnt Green, dealing with tenancy applications and liaising between landlords and prospective tenants. Claire moved to the Barnt Green sales office in January 2009 and was promoted to Branch Manager in March 2010. She now carries out the majority of market appraisals and oversees the marketing of all properties to ensure that the Barnt Green team offers excellent customer service.
