Robert Oulsnam and Company has been operating in Northfield for over two decades now. We are one of the main estate and lettings agents in the area, with our Northfield office handling properties within the suburb and the adjoining areas of West Heath, Longbridge, Frankley, Weoley Castle, and King’s Norton. The office stands on Church Street, the main commercial street in Northfield, and close to the Northfield Shopping Centre, many restaurants, and the local library. The premises were once the home of Matthew and Sons, another estate agent – at Oulsnam we still use the services of a member of the Matthews family as a surveyor. The branch manager, Alison Nock, possesses extensive local knowledge and has been with the company since 1987.
Our office occupies a very prominent and easily accessible position in Church Road about 100 yards from the Bristol Road South and the main shopping centre in Northfield.
These premises were in fact first established as Estate Agent and Letting Agents offices about 50 years ago by Matthew and Sons and a member of that family is now a consultant surveyor for Robert Oulsnam and Company.
