  Maria Greener

  Director

  Maria Greener was born in Italy and moved with her parents to Northampton in 1960. Her family are the owners of a well known local company and on leaving school Maria worked initially in the travel industry and gained invaluable experience working in London, in Italy and North America. In 1994 Maria joined her Husband, Richard, bringing her considerable experience in customer service to the Estate Agency company.

  Californian born Nick was educated at Bedford and started his career in Estate Agency in 1980 having spent time in the United States selling Real Estate. In 1986 he joined Richard Greener at the Northampton branch of Berry Bros and went on to manage an Area as a Director of Bairstow Eves with 14 branches throughout the County.

  Matthew Brack

  Senior Valuer

  Northampton born Matthew was educated at Weston Favell and started his estate agency career at the age of eighteen. Having obtained a solid grounding in the profession he then left the town and worked for five years for Foxtons in London spending most of his time there at the North London office in St Johns Wood.

  Nick Green

  Sales Negotiator

  Nicholas Greener was born in Northampton and educated at Great Houghton Prep School and Uppingham School in Rutland. On leaving school in 2003 he spent a winter season working for Intrawest as a Ski Instructor at the Whistler Ski resort in Canada and then resumed his studies at Nottingham Trent University.

  Helen Dunn

  Branch Secretary

  Helen has lived in Northampton since her childhood, having been brought up in Duston, although is now a resident of Kettering. Helen started her career in the leather industry however moved into the property world in 1998 and joined Richard Greener in 2001 in the role of Branch Secretary. Helen is the “hub” of the office without whose presence things can go wrong!

  Dawn Hallissey

  Director of Lettings

  Northamptonshire born Dawn started her career in the property industry in 1992, originally working for Woolwich Property Services in Wellingborough and she joined Richard Greener in 1999 as a Residential Sales Negotiator and Valuer where she expanded her knowledge of the industry to the Northampton area.

  Susan Harvey

  Senior Property Manager

  Sue joined Greener Rentals in May 2016 in the role of Senior Property Manager having worked in lettings and property management for the previous eight years in Northampton. Sue has extensive local knowledge, lives in Northampton and has previously worked as an operations manager for a retail services company giving her a wide range of experience in a customer driven environment.

  Danielle Swingler

  Property Manager

  Daniela has worked in the lettings and property management industry in Northampton for over four years and joined Greener Rentals in the role of Property Manager in April 2016. Originally from Sandhurst in Berkshire Daniela has lived in Northampton since 2009 and has extensive knowledge of the town and the local area.

  Property Manager

  Helen joined Greener Rentals in March of 2016 working as a Lettings Negotiator and administrator in our town centre office having worked in the lettings industry for over two years in Northampton and Derby. Northampton born Helen grew up in Weston Favell and is an Honours graduate of The University of Derby with a BA in Media Studies.

  Louise Lester

  Property Manager

  Many landlords and tenants of long standing will know Louise who has been working as a part time Property Manager for Greener Rentals following her maternity leave. Her little darlings have now reached the point where Louise can once again commit more time to her career and she has increased her hours to add valuable long term experience to our property management team
