Established in 2014 by Co-Directors James Reyland & Ben Johnson, who have been recognised names within the local property industry since 2001, they felt it was a natural progression in their careers to join forces, to offer clients a traditional service in estate agency and lettings but with a fresh modern approach.
After only one year of opening the first office in Harlow, Reyland Johnson became the highest selling agent in the town, which has continued every year since. The fast growing property management department look after more than 300 properties, which increases every month too. With the business going from strength to strength, the second office was opened in Sawbridgeworth in February 2021 and is managed by Sonny, who has been with the company since 2015.
Our company aim is simply to provide the highest level of customer care and to exceed all our client’s expectations, in return for what we feel is the most important factor of our business, which is a recommendation. We work hard to deliver an individual service to each client so as you truly feel looked after and not just another number on the corporate pile.
We have experienced many different market conditions during our time in the industry and feel that our vast knowledge during these times will help us to be successful however the market is performing.
As well as the day to day property related duties, we work hard to make sure we form a solid part of the community by working with schools, sports teams, local hospices and many more, offering donations, sponsorships and getting involved in fundraising and charity events.
