RPC is a dedicated letting agent serving Burnley and the surrounding towns. Established in 2003 and with more than 600 properties on our books, we are exceptionally proactive and have a team of liaison officers on the road every day visiting tenants, collecting rents and inspecting properties. Our team of qualified sub-contractors respond quickly and do repair work very well. Their work is cost effective and good quality. We specialise in renting houses in the lower and middle end of the property market. We are also happy for Landlords to use their own contractor for repairs if they prefer. Many of our tenants are on housing benefit and we welcome tenants on benefits who can provide us with a good reference. We work closely with Burnley and Pendle councils as well as the police and social services. Our landlords range from local individuals with a single rental property to business consortia located abroad with large portfolios. We are available to landlords in person, on the phone or via email and strive to understand each landlord's business objectives, and help them achieve their goals. The directors of RPC own rental property themselves, so know the importance of vigilence, keeping in touch with the tenants, and regular property visits and inspections. We send you photographs of your tenants, and always inspect between tenancies and send you photos of the property along with a comprehensive inspection report. If you have a long term tenant, we do property inspections every 6 months. Many of the properties we manage are in the licencing areas, and we are very experienced at managing in those areas, and work closely with the council. We are members of NALS, SafeAgent, an approved "good agent" with the Burnley GLAS scheme, The Property Ombudsman and the DPS. We also manage properties across a wide area of East Lancashire, from Colne to St Helens.
