I worked at a senior level for two major corporate agencies before setting up Rawlinson Gold with David in 1994. I have five children and am a proud and 'glamorous'grandfather of three. Being a frequent visitor of my local gym enables me to indulge in a few culinary delights, and being a QPR season-ticket holder is a great antidote to the positive endorphins created in the gym! After an eventful few years, I recently enrolled on a Psychology course with the Open University."There isn't much I haven't experienced so it will be interesting to understand more about what makes us all tick."

David has 30 years experience of estate agency, having worked in major corporate agencies before he set up Rawlinson Gold. David runs the business side of Rawlinson Gold and oversees the Lettings Department. He is keen to see all estate agents licensed and qualified in the future and is committed to surpassing clients’ expectations.

Shahzad has been in estate agency for 20 years and has worked for Rawlinson Gold for a total of more than 7 years. He really enjoys the variety each day holds and relishes the challenges of his chosen career. As a very relaxed and down-to-earth person, Shahzad builds rapport with people very easily, making him popular with our clients.
Steven Gosling

Steven has lived in the Borough of Harrow since 1979 and has extensive local knowledge. He has been working in estate agency for 25 years, over 20 of which have been at Rawlinson Gold. Steven works primarily on the residential property management side of the business. He is also a qualified engineer, with more than 10 years in the engineering and construction industries.
Sarah Smith
Lettings Administrator
Sarah joined Rawlinson Gold in 2007 as a part-time sales secretary and moved into the Lettings team as a full-time Lettings Administrator in 2008. As well as general administrative duties, Sarah is responsible for a range of tenancy-related tasks and as part of her role, she ensures that all documents comply with the latest legislation. She is instrumental in the smooth running of the lettings department and the ‘safety net’ for the sales team when computer-related problems arise.

I started in estate agency in 1988 and have experienced the heady heights of boom markets and the dark days of a housing market in recession, I got married in Harrow and have two children pursuing their dreams and passions where “the offering of my support” is always there for them at every difficult corner. I am still working within the Pinner and surrounding marketplace with passion and determination to provide exceptional service. I particularly enjoyed my role as a sales manager. It enabled me to spend more time doing what I enjoy most - meeting with people at their properties, preparing them to go on to the market and guiding them through the process, from start to finish.

I have 10 years' experience in Estate Agency, working for both corporate and independent companies.I also have a varied background in Sales both on a business to business level as well as running my own music company, so I understand the commitment and dedication required to be successful.I thoroughly enjoy the sales process of building relationships and at Rawlinson Gold I aim to exceed expectations by delivering an unrivalled service. I've personally known Gary Rawlinson and Philip Benger for over 25 years so we work very well together as a team. I grew up in the local area and live near Pinner so it's also a real pleasure to be sharing local knowledge with potential buyers.I have always enjoyed a challenge and recently chose skydiving as an endeavour which was a blast. I love to travel and when I was playing music professionally managed to work all over Europe. I speak a little Spanish, have a keen interest in Cuban music and I like to keep fit. I am new to the industry but learn fast and enjoy a challenge. I am very sociable, like meeting new people and one of the many great things about this vocation is I get to meet so many different people on a day to day basis. Always very friendly and eager to learn new things every day, a lot of my motivation I would have to say, is working with such a knowledgeable and approachable team of people in the office every day. I find that I can't rest until I have found a buyer just the right property for them, as I am not satisfied until I have fulfilled their requirements.Only then, I know I have done my job in finding our applicants exactly what they want.I like to go to the gym regularly (although my colleagues can't notice any difference), and I enjoy swimming having previously been a lifeguard.
