When we commenced trading in 1989 letting was in it's infancy and there were only two/three very small agencies between Exeter and Plymouth. In those days estate agents did not have letting arms as they dealt with selling only. We believed that the process of assisting landlords and tenants should be cared for in a professional, empathetic and personal manner. We have grown since then but we still continue with the same ethos. We appreciate that both landlords and tenants must have trust in their agent and are fortunate that the vast proportion of our work is by recommendation. We specialize in Teignbridge, South Hams and parts of Exeter. Our properties are managed very much on a pro-active basis with quarterly periodical visits (other than new tenants where the first visit is after one month). Referencing is carried out in-house as are the year end income and expenditure accounts. We are contactable six days per week and can be available for viewings out of normal working hours.
