Murray initially joined the company in 2013 on a part time basis whilst studying French and Spanish at Stirling University. He spent a year gaining invaluable experience with one of Edinburgh’s leading property management and estate agents and became a permanent member of the Premier Properties team in 2015. A key member of the team, Murray manages the maintenance aspect of the business, dealing with enquiries and liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants to ensure that repairs and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Murray is extremely knowledgeable about the health and safety legislation affecting the private rented sector in Scotland. As well as planning statutory safety checks at properties, he also undertaking viewings, conducts interim inspection visits and undertakes property inventories.

Laura joined the company in 2016. If you contact the office, Laura will most likely be your first point of contact. Laura has excellent customer service skills: she worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years and, for 3 years, as a Sales Executive for the iconic car brand, Mini. Laura co-ordinates the property sales activity in the office. From ensuring every property is marketed to its full potential, to handling sales enquiries and providing feedback to vendors, Laura will ensure that the process is extremely smooth and professional. The bright and bubbly Laura also has a BSc in Forensic Science!

Hannah Ireland
Lettings Negotiator
Hannah joined the company in 2018 as a Lettings Negotiator. She brings with her a wealth of property experience and local knowledge gained via a similar role she held with the Perth branch of a national estate and letting agency.
As well as a Business HNC qualification, Hannah holds a level 6 ARLA Propertymark Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, so has a sound knowledge of the industry, best practise and legislation compliance.
Hannah’s previous jobs have given her excellent customer service skills. She started her working life in the hospitality sector where she had her first weekend job at the age of 12! She continued to work full-time in this sector for several years as an office administrator/receptionist before moving to the retail sector where she worked for a leading women’s clothing brand. Hannah is a highly motivated and enthusiastic member of the team and is committed to delivering excellent customer service to all of our clients.

Ashleigh started working for the company in 2017. She started her property career with a local housing association where she gained experience of working with tenants and contractors to ensure repairs were carried out efficiently and dealt with tenant applications and rent payments. She also worked for a local training company where she gained a SVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration. For the past 4 years, Ashleigh has worked in Perth as a Lettings Negotiator so brings with her a wealth of property experience and an excellent knowledge of the local market. She assists Laura Harris with all aspects of lettings including property enquiries, viewings, marketing properties, processing tenant applications, administering the Deposit Protection Scheme and liaising with landlords and tenants to help us maintain our high level of client care.

Gayle has been part of the team since 2011. She has a Business Studies degree and worked for the national tourism organisation, VisitScotland, for 13 years in a variety of research, marketing and sales roles. She is responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy and client communications around our ethos of putting the customer first and delivering exceptional service. She also prepares and analyses financial information to assist the Directors with their business planning activities and inputs to the preparation of VAT returns and end of year accounts.
