The sales office is headed by the Senior Partner, Bruce Shaw and Partner Tom Mason. Other members of the sales team include Senior Negotiators, Janet Walton, Andrew Dronfield and Edward Macfarlane, Negotiator Emma Wayland, Sales Progressor Julie Barratt, and Office Administrator Cathy Hooker. Associate Partner, Jackie Collett, manages the finance department for residential sales, new homes sales and block management is assisted by Accounts Manager, Jane Stallard. The lettings department is headed by Director Nick Hutton, who is supported by Director Patrick Gardner, Lettings Manager Alex Pritchard, Senior Lettings Negotiator Sarah Doyle as well as Lettings Coordinators Cathy Hobson and Lucinda Cooper. The lettings Property Management Department includes Property Managers Elaine Dickson, Juli Probett, Adele Weller and Sarah Hartgill in Accounts. The Land and New Homes department run by Vari Bowling (Partner) is centralised at Leatherhead and has gained an enviable reputation for providing the best knowledge and expertise to assist our clients with all their needs. Vari is supported by Patricia Carroll, New Homes Sales Negotiator and Michelle Manester, New Homes Marketing, and deals with projects across the whole of Mole Valley, Epsom & Ewell and the district of Reigate & Banstead.

Bruce first became involved in estate agency in 1986 joining Osenton Lamden in Ashtead, and then worked in London’s West End as a Chartered Surveyor (RICS) in 1994. In 1996 Bruce returned to agency with Patrick Gardner & Co becoming Partner in 1998, heading up Leatherhead Sales. A RICS Registered Valuer, Bruce undertakes ‘Red Book’ Valuations for Inheritance Tax purposes, Capital Gains Tax and Matrimonial Valuations and has vast experience with a range developments. Juli joined Patrick Gardner in June 2018 and has been a property manager since 2005. She previously worked for a large international property company, and has experience of managing small apartments, large luxury homes and Grade Listed houses across the South East. Born in Surrey, and a resident in Fetcham since 2007, Juli enjoys spending time in the Surrey Hills with friends and family, the theatre and is part of a local Book Club.

Having enjoyed a varied career in media and publishing Vari decided a change of direction was called for after the birth of her second child Grace. Joining Patrick Gardner Residential in 2000 as a member of the Land and New Homes team her breadth of knowledge and drive saw her rapid advancement culminating in becoming a full partner of the firm in 2013. In her spare time, Vari likes to spend time enjoying a wide range of activities with her husband and children.

Patricia began her career in Agency in 1994, joining the Ashtead office of Patrick Gardner and very much enjoyed being part of the growth and success of the office. She spread her wings moving into the Corporate Sector in 2007. Patricia returned to the company in Land & New Homes, bringing her wealth of knowledge and experience to this successful office. Resident in Ashtead for 30 years, she is married to Clive, has two children and a wide range of interests, including music, travel and theatre.
MIchelle Manester
Marketing Consultant
For over 20 years Michelle has worked in both advertising agency and client-side marketing roles and has developed an extensive understanding and wealth of experience in property marketing. During this time, Michelle headed up the northern office of an established property advertising agency, subsequently worked for an award-winning developer and is now joint owner of a design and marketing agency. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and skiing.

Elaine joined the Property Management team in November 2015 having spent a number of years running her own property inventory company.
