On the sales side, Associate Michelle Austin manages the day to day running of the office and offers qualified, honest and professional advice being supported by her team - Senior Negotiator Sarah Alexander, Negotiators, Shelley Kerr and Sue Tribick, viewing assistants Catherine Doick, Rebecca Cato and Marianne Abou Atme. Senior Partner Bruce Shaw oversees the Ashtead office.

Michelle started out in estate agency in 2003 working for a Surrey conveyancing solicitor who was linked to his own independent estate agency. In 2005 Michelle moved on to a corporate agent selling homes across the beautiful rural county of Herefordshire. Having taken some time out of estate agency to raise a young family she returned to Surrey and joined Patrick Gardner in 2015. Michelle enjoys making the moving process as stress free as possible for both sellers & buyers.
Sarah Tucker

Growing up and living in Fetcham and having been educated in Dorking, Sarah joined Patrick Gardner Residential in 2009 as Trainee Negotiator. Since then she has qualified as a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and is now a highly valued member of the Ashtead office sales team. Sarah and her partner Liam have recently had a daughter who keeps them busy but they are also keen road cyclists and like to spend their free time either out cycling with friends or keeping fit.

Frank has worked in the property business since graduation from university with a degree in Real Estate at the start of the decade. Frank grew up in Leatherhead, where he still resides, and was a pupil at West Ashtead Primary School and later attended Epsom College. He is a passionate sports fan and has a particular love for Arsenal Football club. When he’s not playing golf, he enjoys playing the drums and learning to play the guitar.

Specialising in residential lettings Nick's experience means he is committed to delivering straightforward and well researched advice to ensure landlords maximise their rental yields. Nick is an avid sports fan and enjoys travelling, cooking and refurbishing his own property.

After enjoying a successful career in direct marketing and commercial enterprise, Sarah changed direction following the birth of her first child. Retraining in residential lettings in 2001, Sarah heads up our Bookham Lettings team with passion and genuine enthusiasm providing a key point of contact for property investment, tenancy legalities, property management and relocation to Bookham and the surrounding areas. Sarah’s passion is netball and Ladies cricket and enjoys visiting her family.
