  Nick Hardy MRICS

  Director

  Nick spent the early part of his career working in the International oil and gas Industry. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and moved in to commercial property becoming one of the founding Directors of Page Hardy in 2002.

  Hannah Taylor-Brewin

  Senior Surveyor

  Hannah joined Page Hardy Harris in 2014 as a Commercial Surveyor as part of the agency team and is predominately based in our Bracknell office. She has an intimate knowledge of the local area and her expertise are in the disposal of Office, Industrial, Retail and Investment properties, as well as providing professional advice on rent reviews and lease renewals. She grew up in the area, currently living in Datchet, and is studying for her degree in Real Estate Management, alongside working.

  Sophie Holmes

  Commercial Surveyor

  Sophie joined Page Hardy Harris in October 2018. She has grown up in various areas of the Thames Valley, bringing excellent local knowledge to the Bracknell and Maidenhead offices. Prior to working at Page Hardy Harris, Sophie worked in the Retail sector for a number of years. Now, as a part of our agency team she focuses the majority of her time on the disposals of Industrial, Office and Retail properties. Sophie is soon to start her degree apprenticeship at UCEM.

• Helen Bewsey

  Commercial Agent

  Helen joined Page Hardy Harris in January 2018. She has had a variety of Sales, Business Development and Marketing roles in various Industries including Banking and Property, in the UK and oversees. With experience as a Director of a SME Commercial Letting & Property Development company, she brings a wealth of experience to the Agency team with an in depth knowledge of the Thames Valley. Helen grew up in Surrey and now lives in Berkshire.
