The family business is run by Julie Marsland and Alan Marsland and with 9 years in the lettings industry we are striving to be up to date with the ever changing market. Julie is always available 24/7 to help Landlords and tenants when it is covenient for them to call and get in touch. We have a strong maintnance team on hand to cover all maintenace issues keeping tenant and
Landlord happy. Katy Tomlinson, our Lettings Administrator is responsible for everyday administration and in addition carries out property inspections, viewings and tenant check outs.
Viewings can be conducted in the day, evening or weekends if required. No job is too small and our moto is if I get it - I will let it !!
