Neil has been in estate agency since 1976 and has worked for various local companies throughout the years. He decided to start his own estate agency company in 2005, seeing a gap in the Newland Avenue area for a company with traditional, hard-working and customer-based service. Neil can provide a personalised free valuation for either selling or renting your property together with written valuations for probate or matrimonial purposes.
Cheryl Gray
Director/Manager
Cheryl has been in estate agency since 1999 and has also gained experience with local estate and letting agents. Starting as a Secretary for a company in Beverley, Cheryl has worked her way up to become a Director and is manager of both our sales and lettings departments. She has had experience over a vast area of East Yorkshire including Newland area, Willerby, Cottingham, Brough and Beverley.
