  Director

  Since forming the business in 2009, our founder George Tatham-Losh has become highly regarded as the local go to expert for advice on maximising property values and getting the most out of property investments, regularly speaking at events and holding well attended seminars. Born and raised in Cheltenham, George knows the town and County like no other and knows what works in the area.

  Olivia Pym

  Lettings Manager

  Olivia will provide you with an up to date valuation on your property along with being able to advise on how you can maximise your rental yield. Olivia has worked her way through the ranks at Move, starting as an apprentice, and can therefore help and guide all clients throughout the process from start to finish. Since renovating two of her own properties, Olivia has great knowledge in developing properties to maximise return and appeal to applicants.

  Georgia exhibits a wealth of estate agency experience having been within the industry for over 6 years. She prides herself on offering fantastic customer service and the best advice possible catering to each individuals circumstances, whilst building long standing relationships with clients.

  Harry Welsby

  Lettings Negotiator

  After working in hospitality for the past two years, Harry enjoys dealing with the public and going the extra mile to help with any queries. Harry has fulfilled a long standing ambition to work within the property industry to gain knowledge and day to day experience. Born and bred in Cheltenham, Harry’s local knowledge is second to none. During his time away from work, Harry’s passion is playing for his local football team.

  Head of Security

  Alfie has just joined the team following an intensive K9 security training course, he will love you to death if you dare come in his office! Along with ensuring all of the staff are safe in the office he also likes long walks in the park and the odd bone or two.

  Ailsa Kirk

  Weekend Assistant

  Having had an interest in the property sector for some time, Ailsa wanted to expand her experience and join the team part-time. During the week, Ailsa works as a trainee paralegal in the conveyancing department of a local solicitors which provides her with in depth knowledge of the buying and selling process and understands how important it is to have a quality agent from the beginning of the transaction.

  Sophie Ronan

  Administrator & Accounts Assistant

  After 12 years working as a teaching assistant, Sophie is now hoping to put her accounting qualifications and organisational skills to practice by becoming an Administrator and Accounts Assistant at Move. Sophie is keen to train for more accountancy qualifications to support her colleagues with all things money related.

  Sales Negotiator

  James has numerous years of property sales experience. He started as an apprentice in Bishops Cleeve and achieved a qualification in the Sale of Residential Property by just 18. After working in a busy town centre office, James has built up vast knowledge of the industry and knows Cheltenham well including the surrounding areas.

  Sarah Lowe

  Lettings Negotiator

  Sarah joins the Move team as a Letting Consultant, bringing over 8 years' experience working in Cheltenham and the surrounding area. Sarah fell in love with property at a very early age and has made her passion for all thing's property a reality! Working previously within both sales & lettings, Sarah has a real drive for finding clients their perfect home.

  Marcia Toman

  Property Manager

  Marcia joins Move as a Property Manager and comes to us with 15 years’ experience working in property and customer service. Marcia began her Lettings career back in 2006 as a Property Manager, working in Cheltenham and Gloucester. Customer service is key for Marcia and she will go over and above to help where needed – no problem is too big.

  Eleagnor Fagan

  Sales Negotiator

  Eleanor has joined the team after relocating back to her home town of Cheltenham after previously selling properties on the South Coast of Spain. Eleanor has a long history in Sales, and prides herself on her personability and willingness to help people find their dream home. With an in depth local knowledge of the Cotswolds, she often spends her time free time whizzing around the glorious countryside with her passion for cars and all things quick!

  Alexandra Davies

  Property Manager

  Alex has previous experience in the property industry when she worked out of area as a Senior Sales Negotiator. After taking a break in the industry to start a family, Alex is now back to work in the Lettings side of the business. Outside of work, Alex likes making wax melts and baking with her son.

  Phoebe Cave

  Lettings Apprentice

  Phoebe has several years’ experience in the property industry covering lettings, development, site management and property management. With her combined experience, Phoebe loves giving advice to Landlords on how they can increase their yield and maximise the properties potential as well as finding applicants their dream home.

  Joe Brady

  Sales Negotiator

  Joe joins the Move family after completing a degree in International Business Management. Originally from East Sussex, his passion for property comes from moving rather a lot whilst growing up and always enjoying finding new homes for his family. While at university, Joe worked part-time as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator and loved every minute of it.
