Following a long and distinguished army career specialising in logistics, Bob joined the lettings team in 2012 to assist in the further expansion of the managed property portfolio. His friendly and enthusiastic approach is second to none and he excels at assisting those landlords who prefer us to manage their properties including regular inspections as well as liaising with tenants over the day to day maintenance issues that can arise.

Jemma joined the Moore Allen lettings team in 2019 but already is a key member of the lettings team with her role as accounts administrator providing in-house bookkeeping and financial support. She is also responsible for the rental receipt and payment process where her attention to detail and high standards help the firm deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Amelia joined the Moore Allen property management team in 2022 and comes with 12 years' experience in local lettings and property management. She is highly organised and an excellent problem solver - a key attribute for a high-pressure property management environment! Amelia will go over and above to help where needed, to develop good working relationships with landlords and tenants and to ensure properties are well maintained.
