We are a new business set up in 2015 by a Chartered Surveyor with over 32 years experience in commercial property including over 17 years of the leisure and commercial property market of Cumbria and surrounding region.

Our services include the sale of businesses, sale and letting of commercial property, commercial valuations, rating advice, landlord and tenant matters, property management and range of other valuation related matters.
