Having come from a professional football background, Che is used to the high-pressure environment and has always had a calling to be in the property world; especially coming from a family working in the industry. Being in the sector himself for over a decade, Che has developed the skills needed for trust, reliance and problem solving. In his spare time Che enjoys travelling, gym and boxing.

Jem has worked within the Lettings Industry for over 6 years and has a wealth of property knowledge in the London and Surrey areas. He has previously been awarded the Gold Award for Best Lettings Agent at The British Property Awards for the South London Region. Away from the office, Jem is a devoted Fulham supporter and trains in Mixed Martial Arts most weekends.

Fulham joined the Martin & Co team in 2022 as an office administrator and has blossomed into a Property Manager with a keen attention to detail. In her spare time, she enjoys leisurely walks with her dog Bella, unwinding with pilates sessions and seeks a thrill at the races!
