I own the Martin & Co franchise in Ashford and I am committed to continuing to grow my business through recommendation. I can only hope to achieve this by providing all my clients (sellers/buyers/landlords/renters/contractors) with an unrivalled experience. To achieve this I employ the best people and provide them with the right environment so that they can spend time helping people to sell or let or find a perfect home. Unlike most agents I do not pay commission to my team, instead I pay class leading salaries that ensure that you will always receive the right advice for you and unlike many of my competitors which have high staff turnover, my team remains constant so you do not have to repeat yourself time and time again. Don’t be fooled by competitors claims that they pay commission to keep their staff hungry so that they strive to sell or let more properties. Buyers are put off by pushy sales staff, they respond far more favorably to professional and knowledgeable staff. Our ability is second to none, our ratio of sales to listings is consistently the highest in Ashford. We do not use remote services, our property management team live and work in Ashford as does our sale progressor. We believe it is important to work in the same location not only so that we have access to other team members but also know the properties and are available to meet clients face to face.<
