  Mark Bridge MARLA MNAEA

  Managing Director

  Mark overseas everything from sales and lettings to marketing and finance. He was also responsible for creating the company branding which took colour inspiration from the seas surrounding Hawaii, his favourite holiday destination. The best part of Mark's role is handing over keys to homebuyers; marking an exciting new chapter in their lives. Outside of work, he unwinds in the gym and loves to spend time with his family.

  Lynda Bridge

  Director

  Lynda can be found doing anything and everything when at work from staff meetings and interviews to taking on the role of party planner at various times of he year. As a keen runner, she enjoys keeping active and is currently training for the London Marathon. She also loves spending time with her family and holidaying wherever the sunshine is when they get the chance.   Jenny Norton MARLA

  Branch Manager

  Having worked with Mark since 2006, Jenny now oversees the office as Branch Manager and ensures everything stays firmly on track. She organises regular team meetings and helps out in most areas of the business. Outside of work, Jenny regularly hits the court as a keen netball player and enjoys scenic walks through the Welsh countryside with her dog Sydney.   Katie Grimwood MNAEA

  Head of Sales

  Katie works on every aspect of the sales process from initial valuations to managing buyer and vendor relations. For her, the best thing about working at Mark Antony is the team's shared drive to look after clients. Outside of work, Katie loves yoga and keeping fit.   Mortgage Specialist

  Armed with a wealth of industry knowledge, Sam helps ensure the mortgage application process runs as smoothly as possible for homebuyers. With access to over 100 lenders, he compares exclusive deals so clients get the best possible option tailored to suit them. In his spare time, Sam can be found playing football with his son and enjoying a spot of fine dining. He is always happy to help with mortgages queries and loves saving people money, so give Sam a call for a great mortgage deal.

  Head of Lettings

  Amy is the 'go to' person for property lettings with many years of experience in the sector. She was attracted to join Mark Antony Estates for its renowned high standards of customer service offered and the drive the team has to make all clients feel special. Outside of work, Amy can be found on long walks with her dog Mabel or pitch side, cheering her son on in football matches.   Sandra Whelan

  Consultant

  Sandra oversees property valuations, so is on the road a lot of the time viewing properties which she loves - no two days are the same! Her favourite part of the job is working with the team as everyone is on the same page, always putting the client first. Away from the office, Sandra loves to spend time with her grandchildren and as an avid reader, also runs a book club.   James Bridge

  The Law Guy

  James is our guy for all legal matters, with a wealth of knowledge and experience relating to property. He is currently working towards his masters degree at Manchester University so has access to some of the best legal minds in the country - which definitely comes in handy! James has been part of the team since he was 15 and helps out around the office wherever he can when home from university. In his spare time, aside from preparing to study, James is a DJ and keen football player.

  Sonya Laing

  Property Consultant

  With 15 years experience in commercial sales and lettings, Sonya joined the Mark Antony team as a viewing specialist to feed her passion for property and interior design. At work, she is mainly out and about, meeting with clients and holding viewings. In her spare time, Sonya enjoys boot camps and interval training. She also loves spending time with her two Italian Spinones, Lulu and Bella.

  Adam Rees

  Professional Photographer

  Adam is the 'go to' guy when it comes to professional property photography, he's creative and has a great eye for detail. Adam is also qualified to provide EPCs and floor plans which all help with marketing. Adam loves his role as no two days are the same. Away from the camera, he is a keen golfer and football player. Adam also enjoys socialising with friends and getting to Old Trafford to watch his team play.

  Beth Cheetham

  Property Consultant

  Beth began working in Estate Agency back in 2015, and in this time has developed her huge passion for property. Beth’s know-how and experience allow her to confidently assist our Landlord clients, whether they are buying, selling or letting. In work, Beth is non-stop. Either she’'s on the phone to a client, or out and about meeting new clients, preferring a personal touch where possible. In her spare time, she loves to keep fit and is a regular gym-goer.

  Leanne Farrell

  Sales Negotiator

  Leanne has worked in residential sales and lettings for over 10 years. She loves all things property from seeing the construction process to interior design and making a house a home. Leanne loves being active and outdoors with her daughter, also inside cooking together. And when she gets a rare spare moment, Leanne enjoys a good glass of Argentinian Malbec. Adaptability, creativity and negotiating skills are amongst her key attributes making her a great addition to the team.

  Viewing Specialist

  Glenn has a life long passion for property and is currently studying for a masters degree in surveying. What attracted Glenn to the role with Mark Antony Estates is the professionalism and friendliness of the company. Outside of work, Glenn enjoys spending quality time with his wife Becky and their young daughter Martha. And as a keen tennis player, Glenn has played in local leagues for many years and loves to play whenever he can, when Martha allows!

  Property Manager

  With several years of experience in both Sales and Lettings, Lauren has grown a real passion for property, and in particular, helping clients find their perfect home. Lauren was drawn to Mark Antony Estates for their strong family values, customer service, and personal touch. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to new places, spending time with her family, and most of all, playing with her English Bulldog - Arthur.

  Sales Negotiator

  Brad is responsible for overseeing all things sales related; from booking valuations to marketing and ensuring a smooth completion process. Brad has developed a strong passion for properties and thoroughly enjoys finding his clients their dream home. In his spare time you can catch Brad dining at his favorite tapas restaurants, keeping an eye on his stocks and shares and shooting hoops at his local basketball centre.

  Charlotte Loughead

  Sales Negotiator

  After several years within the events & weddings industry, Charlotte has decided to change her career and follow her long-standing passion for property. Her position in Sales & Marketing provides support to the whole team ensuring smooth operations everyday. Charlotte is also responsible for looking after all our social media platforms, targeting active movers and promoting our client's property. Outside of work Charlotte is gym obsessed and loves any kind of fitness challenge.

  Property Manager

  Lucy brings to Mark Antony Estates a fountain of knowledge from her background in residential and commercial renovation and property management. Not one to shy away from a challenge, she's always ready and willing to help with all of your property needs. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys traveling and exploring new places, she's a sun lover and enjoys an evening out for a nice meal a good glass of wine (or three!!).   Matt Bacon

  Development Manager

  Matt, born and bred in Warrington joined Mark Antony Estates following a 29-year long career in Sales and Marketing. Having lived all over the country, and moved many times, Matt understands the needs of the home mover and how to achieve the highest selling price for your home. Another pet lover in the team, you can be sure he'll tell you all about his 7-year-old baby dog called Milly, who is his world.... Not far behind his love for walking, golf, football, and karaoke.

  Emilia Isherwood

  Sales Negotiator

  Emilia is a BSc Geography undergraduate from the University of Leeds, with a Post Graduate Degree in Sustainable Cities. Her interest in property stems from a family background in architecture and property development. Emilia's interests and studies were furthered by her postgraduate Sustainable Housing module, focusing on the need for community lead/co-housing in the UK and sustainable building materials. Her spare time activities include long country walks and visiting the gym.

  Owen Ball

  Admin Support

  Owen provides critical support for our fast-paced sales team. You may find yourself chatting with him if you want to book a property viewing, or he may call you to discuss your thoughts about a property you have viewed with us. In his spare time you may see Owen on the Basketball court - he's a talented player who's competed around the world for club and country. If you don't see him "Ball"ing, you may see him working out in the gym or find him reading outdoors somewhere.

  Rhiannon Geering

  Admin Assistant

  As our youngest member of the team, Rhiannon has just left high school and is preparing to study her A-levels in September. Rhiannon is here for administrative support in both the sales and letting department during the weekend and in term breaks. She is always willing to help with a smile on her face.
