Steph oversees tenant maintenance concerns and ensures landlords trust her to maintain their properties. With a Tenancy Management career since 2017, she values the impact she can make in an independent company, finding it the best career decision. Beyond work, Steph enjoys quality time with loved ones, particularly her cherished tuxedo kitten, Belle.

Emma, with M&M since 2012, started as a Letting Negotiator and has become the "Lettings Guru," having worked in all letting roles. She now supports team members in various capacities, aiding tenants in finding properties and assisting both tenants and landlords post-contract. Beyond work, Emma, a busy mum, prioritises spending quality time with her family.
