Since 2014, Kevin has worked front of house, building the team, creating lasting relationships and driving the business presence in the surrounding area. Well known for his personal approach, kevin goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and create lasting relationships. Kevin is a property enthusiast, and his passion for property knows no bounds. From renovating his own home to selling yours, there is no limit to the high standards implemented.

  Director

  For Gary, presentation is everything. Having worked within the property industry for many years, his in-depth knowledge of all housing aspects and attention to detail has been the main force behind the superb level of property presentation continually delivered by Longsons. Since opening its doors in 2014, Gary has been the driving force behind Longsons branding and innovative marketing techniques. He’s since built up quite the fanbase on our YouTube channel where viewers can enjoy their very own virtual property tour hosted by Gary. Gary's passion for property is unparalleled, stemming from his background in property development, from his early days as a local bricklayer to his current project of renovating his own family home. This hands-on involvement ensures that he understands the needs and desires of property owners and buyers.

  Kyle Clarke

  Manager

  Kyle grew up in Swaffham and attended schools in Swaffham – so there’s not much about the local area that he doesn’t know. Having gained many years of experience within a corporate estate agent, and now working closely with both Gary and Kevin, Kyle acts as a mentor to other members of the team; he’s a huge personality in the office, and a driving force behind Longsons success. Kyle has a wealth of experience in all roles within the industry from lettings agent to negotiator, progressor, valuer and manages both of our offices. Outside of work, Kyle is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones. He is also a football enthusiast and loves to stay active through running.

  Administrator

  Having grown up within the local area, Kerrie has great local knowledge and works alongside the team mainly focusing her efforts on our sister company Harvey Longsons where she prides herself on great customer service dealing with major park operators throughout the UK as well as private owners. On weekends, Kerrie can be found enjoying a tipple or too and spending quality time with her family.

  Becoming a homeowner at the impressive age of just twenty-three, Imogen can relate to client’s experience and has an insight which disarms nervous first-time buyers during sales progression. You will often find Imogen accompanying viewings and plays a key role as one of our valued sales progressors ensuring each transaction goes as smooth as possible. When she is not working, you will find Imogen showcasing her skills on the hockey pitch, brunching to her heart's content, or simply enjoying quality time with her beloved cat.

  Introducing Vicki, an experienced professional in the estate agency industry with over two decades of experience. Throughout her extensive career, Vicki has excelled in various roles and has built a reputation for her exceptional client rapport. Her deep-rooted connection to the local area, having lived here for over 20 years, is a valuable asset to her work. Prior to settling in this region, Vicki spent her formative years in North Norfolk. In her present position, Vicki primarily focuses on administrative tasks within the branch. She takes pride in producing top-notch property particulars and excels in a wide range of responsibilities. Furthermore, Vicki is a key member of the front office team, actively involved in handling offers, providing feedback, and maintaining vital vendor contacts.

  Meet Larry, a dedicated and passionate member of our team. With three years of experience under his belt, Larry has worked his way up from property co-ordinator to senior lettings advisor. He is an invaluable asset to our property management and lettings department, collaborating closely with Kyle and the directors, together they have overseen the growth of our managed units. Larry takes pride in building long-term relationships with local landlords. He thoroughly enjoys connecting with new people and finding the perfect match between landlords and tenants, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties. As a proud Norwich resident, Larry fully embraces his local roots. When he is not in the office, you will find him cheering on his beloved football team at Carrow Road, hitting the gym, or immersing himself in new destinations and cultures. His latest adventure took him to the fascinating country of Jordan.

  Meet Sharon, our dedicated team member who plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service within our property management and lettings department, working closely to Larry. With extensive experience in estate agency, spanning both residential sales and lettings, Sharon brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. As a true local resident, living near Swaffham, she has deep roots in the community and a genuine passion for helping others. Whether it is assisting clients or going the extra mile, Sharon's commitment to excellence knows no bounds. When she is not at work, Sharon can be found exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coastline, immersing herself in the charm of the area, and spending quality time with her family and grandchildren.

  Amber joined our team about 2 years ago and has been playing a crucial role in building brand awareness for both the Longsons and Harvey Longsons brands. Currently pursuing a digital marketing degree at Anglian Ruskin University, Amber is heavily involved in all aspects of marketing within our office whilst also learning the ins and outs of the estate agency industry. Amber's passion for houses and people shines through in her role. She takes pleasure in meeting new individuals and showcasing properties. Outside of work, Amber is a dedicated gym-goer and has a flair for interior design, often helping with renovation projects for her family and friends.

  With 5 years of experience in the estate agency industry, Andrew has climbed his way up from a junior property consultant to become our trusted property valuer. His wealth of knowledge and expertise make him an invaluable asset to our team. Andrew not only excels at valuing properties, but he also plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless house selling/buying process for our valued customers. He understands the complexities of this journey and is dedicated to guiding our customers every step of the way. Beyond work, Andrew enjoys football and countryside walks with his fiancée and their adorable fox red Labrador named Finley.

  Office Administration

  Meet Luisa, our administration guru at Longsons. Not only does she handle all things administration, but she also excels at accompanying viewings, managing offers, gathering client feedback, and ensuring smooth sales progress. With her extensive knowledge of the industry and her familiarity with the market town of Watton, Luisa is a valuable asset to our Watton branch. Luisa joined our team in 2022 and is no stranger to the home-buying process. In fact, she recently purchased a new family home, which she is currently renovating. This first-hand experience gives her a unique understanding of the challenges and excitement involved in the journey of buying and selling property. Outside of work, Luisa is a versatile individual, whether she is baking up a storm, exploring the great outdoors, or indulging in her newfound passion for motorcycles after recently passing her test.
