  Lixing was founded by Billy Sio, an experienced property consultant who's been advising investors in London for nearly ten years. He's brokered over £250 million of property deals, and won the Top Sales Consultant Award at JLL in 2016 and 2017. He's also a member of NAEA Propertymark, the UK's largest professional body for estate agents. Billy speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

  Senior Manager

  Robert Ryan has spent over six years living and working in cities all across China, where he's grown an expansive network of professional links with mainland Chinese clients. He's a long-time Sinophile who holds an MA in Sinology from the University of Würzburg in Germany, including an exchange semester at Peking University. He's fluent in English, Mandarin and German, and he's a member of ARLA Propertymark, the UK's largest professional body for letting agents.

  Dennis Lam has over 7 years' experience in client relations, working across a number of high-profile tech companies in Hong Kong. As well as being Lixing's resident tech wizard, he's also an award-winning salesperson, with an extensive track record of guiding his happy clients towards their goals. Dennis is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and holds a Master's in Information Technology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

  Senior Property Consultant

  With almost 10 years' experience in marketing and branding, Secrea Liu has an extensive background in connecting sellers with the right buyers. She's worked with hundreds of clients across more than 20 countries and she's now using that vast experience as a Property Consultant at Lixing. Secrea is fluent in English and Mandarin, with a strong background in advertising, social media, and digital publicity. She holds a Master's degree in Media and Communication from the UAL.

  Tatiana is a Senior Property Manager with more than 5 years' experience in the London property market, drawing on a historic portfolio that includes hundreds of properties across both the private and social housing sectors in London. She's the critical link between landlords and tenants, helping our clients in the UK and overseas to stay compliant and protect their investments with her dedicated stewardship over the properties they own. Tatiana is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
