Built around exceeding the expectations of clients, Living in London was created by three landlords who all own property in London. They realised they were paying high fees and receiving lacklustre service from the traditional estate agent. Living in London was created to offer a service by landlords, for landlords.Living in London provides services including sales, lettings, property management and investments from our offices in Canada Water and Marine Wharf.

Our Canada Water office is ideally situated in the tube station, which sees 1.06 million passing potential customers each month. Due to our on going success, this year we were able to expand into a new office at Marine Wharf which acts as a customer service hub, housing our property management, accounts and marketing teams. Our local expertise and bespoke approach to each client has helped us achieve positive, lasting relationships within our communities.
