Hello my name is Steve Richardson and I am the Managing Director at Letsby Avenue (Yorkshire) Ltd. A residential Letting Agent in Leeds. I have a number of years experience within the Lettings and Property Management sector and various management qualifications. As a past student I had previous dealings with Letting Agencies and all of them were not positive experiences. I set up this business in order to put some honesty and integrity back in to the Lettings industry and, as Yorkshire’s only ethical Letting Agency, we strive not to charge ANY fees to either Landlords or Tenants. We only charge the cost price of referencing to tenants that is currently £45 and 10% commission to Landlords with no other hidden fees or charges – guaranteed! Something that we can be proud of! My role as Managing Director will be to oversee the whole process of your involvement with Letsby Avenue, whether you are a property owner or tenant, I will be dealing with you from the first point of contact, to the end of your involvement with our services. Here at Letsby Avenue we strive to be the best within the marketplace for Letting and Property Management.
