Leinster Property is an established residential lettings and managing property services company. Due to numerous poor services provided to us in our role as landlords, we decided in 2011 to set up our own lettings and property management company. Since we have begun trading we have never lost a client and now have 300 + properties in full management. We find our fresh approach and 'Landlord Mentality' to Residential Lettings and Property Management keeps us ahead of other Agents who refuse to think out of the box or be pro-active. As originally overseas landlords ourselves, we now find that we can cater greatly to the overseas Landlord who needs someone they can trust to competently look after matters for them. Now over 60% of our clients are overseas Irish landlords. We take pride in the fact we vary greatly in the areas we provide our services. Currently the main areas we cover are Stockton-on-tees, Runcorn, Manchester, Gateshead and Liverpool. We also have interests in the Nottingham and Burton on Trent areas of the East Midlands. We offer a tailored service to match every client and are dedicated to making sure we provide the best possible service a landlord can hope for.
