As a family run business, Lawrence Rand is the brainchild of its director, Peter Lawrence, whose focus is delivering the people’s estate agency in the “heart of the community”. After opening our doors in the midst of the 2008 recession, Peter’s vision was to establish an estate agency built upon the fundamental cornerstone of providing outstanding customer service. This “added value” attitude has seen the company go from strength to strength, not only opening a second branch but each year reviewing practices, investing in new and innovative software and consistently driving forward to improve customer experience. Industry professionals agree and in October 2013, Lawrence Rand were named as Best Estate Agent in Middlesex at the International Property Awards 2013-2014. This brings our total to seven awards in seven years of trading. We believe our unique community-based mission and values; to serve our clients’ interests in the best way possible by developing long term personal relationships with clients, is the single most important factor in Estate Agency.
