  I have lived in Dartford all my life and there is no part of the town that I am not familiar with. I have raised my family happily in Dartford and would not consider living anywhere else. My family have been involved in buying and selling properties in Dartford since I was a child and my father had a major influence on my decision to become an "Estate Agent". From 19 years old I was at his side and learnt the ropes and soaked up every piece of knowledge that I could learn from him regarding all aspects of this industry. So when I decided to start my own business in August of 2005, it made perfect sense to not only open up my own estate agency but to base my company in Dartford. I know every street, close, avenue, cul-de-sac and road that encompasses Dartford. I believe from personal experience that the property industry is not for everyone. It really is a vocation built on passion, determination and commitment and I am happy to say that myself and my carefully chosen colleagues are all "fully paid up members of the club".

  Head of Sales and Office Manager

  Donna has been with the company for 7 years. Having come from the famous 5* Goring Hotel in Belgravia, where she worked as PA to the current General Manager for 9 years. Donna has over 27 year’s worth of experience in all aspects of customer relations. She adores her job at Land Estates and is extremely passionate about property and is dedicated to providing the best service possible to both vendors and buyers alike.

  Accounts and Compliance Manager

  With over 13 years of lettings experience, Selina spent most of her career working in London, primarily in Central, Canary Wharf and Kensington, before taking on the Head of Lettings role at Land Estates back in 2012. Having just returned from maternity leave, Selina has now undertaken the role of Accounts and Compliance Manager, which she has always shown a knowledgeable interest in. Selina has an athletic background as she was previously part of the Dartford Harriers Athletics Club, Bexley Girls Football Team and also trained in kickboxing for 3 years

  Kim Moncherry-Desfosse

  Lettings Manager

  Kim started in the Lettings industry in 2006 at Ashton Burkinshaw before they were taken over by Countrywide. Kim has over 12 years worth of experience in the property management sector and thrives on helping clients with any rental or lettings issues that arise. Kim is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of Lettings, Landlord legislation, Compliance and Property Management.

  Prior to Land Estates, Lewis spent 3 years working with an independent company who specialised in housing renovations around Kent. With an interest in interior design, Lewis has always enjoyed working in property and, having lived in the area his whole life, knows Dartford like the back of his hand.

  Property Manager

  Ann has been dealing with property maintenance for some 30 years. Having started her career with Abbey Management Services, she went onto work for Medway Council, Purple Property and Country Wide to name but a few and has a vast amount of knowledge and expertise in this area. Ann enjoys the interaction with tenants and landlords alike and is committed to resolving any given problem.
