Management Fees:
  • Rent collection Only -9.6% (inclusive of Vat) of the rent collection
  • Full Management -12% (inclusive of Vat) of the rent collection
  • Fully comprehensive Management 21% (inclusive of Vat) of the rent collection
Sales Fee: 1.8% (inclusive of Vat)
