  Managing Director

  Peter has now worked in the industry for almost 20 years, leaving his role as Senior Manager in the corporate world in 2017 to branch out on his own, opening Kingsleigh in August of that year. A self-confessed workaholic, Peter also has his own property portfolio, and manages several units in Houses of Multiple Occupation. Peter is known for his excellent market knowledge and his constant drive to offer the best possible service to his clients.

  Sarah Allen

  Director

  Peter’s sister, Sarah, joined Kingsleigh from the outset and was an integral part of the initial set up of the company. Sarah previously worked as a manager in insurance before having children and worked in schools whilst they were younger to enable her to enjoy school holidays with them. Predominantly working behind the scenes, Sarah’s fastidious nature ensures that all things admin, compliance, and training are kept up to date. Sarah also works alongside for the letting side of the business.

  Sales Manager

  Lawford born and bred, Jo is our font of local knowledge. Jo previously worked in the corporate world before joining Kingsleigh in 2018; she has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry and there is little that she hasn’t come across before in sales transactions. Known for her superb knowledge and her regular client updates, Jo’s personable and professional approach means that she will do everything within her power to ensure that transactions proceed as smoothly as possible.

  Nicky Faulkner

  Lettings Manager

  Known for her patience and professionalism, Nicky strives to offer a first-class service to landlords and tenants alike and will often go above and beyond to achieve this. Nicky has over 26 years’ experience in the industry and had worked in both corporate and independent settings before joining Kingsleigh in 2019. Nicky’s knowledge also extends to sales, where her understanding and communication skills help to navigate clients through their sale or purchase as seamlessly as possible.

  Office Manager

  Sarah T joined the Kingsleigh in 2019, having previously worked for 21 years in the financial sector in the City of London. Known as our resident wordsmith, Sarah’s attention to detail and flair for language ensure that each property is marketed at its very best with bespoke brochures selling a lifestyle as much as a home. Sarah’s excellent communication skills and her local knowledge of Dedham and surrounding villages make her a great asset to the Kingsleigh team.

  Trainee Sales Negotiator

  Ben joined Kingsleigh in 2021, having previously been with us for work experience in 2018. He is Sarah’s son, making Kingsleigh a real family business. Known for his great technical skills, Ben is the master of the Matterport, producing excellent virtual tours of our properties. Ben has a keen enthusiasm for all things property and aspires to have his own property portfolio in the future. His friendly and professional approach means that Ben has already proved himself be an asset to our team.
