  Mike Heath

  Director in charge of Residential Lettings

  Mike has been running the Lettings and Management department since he joined in 2011. Main responsibilities include; collecting rents, paying landlords, contractors, reconciling the account. He is also responsible for valuing and bringing in news business. He has a very ‘hands on’ approach with all aspects of the lettings process and always makes himself contactable. This includes being the emergency out of hours contact ensuring everything is dealt with efficiently.

  Gemma Collins

  Director in charge of Residential Sales

  Gemma’s estate agency career started in 2001 when she was just 17. She specialises in residential sales and overseas the general day to day running of the business. She offers practical and honest advice and deals with property of all styles and in all price ranges of the market. She is particularly good at identifying lucrative buy to let investments, assessing new build / plot development opportunities and advising on property improvements / extensions. She is regularly praised by her clients.

  Tom Snowdon

  Sales Director

  Tom joined the team in 2015. Prior to him joining Kings Estates he had previously worked for two well known independent Estate agents in Tunbridge Wells and has 10 years experience in Estate Agency. He has an excellent understanding of the Tunbridge Wells property market. His role as Sales Director encompasses all aspect of the sales process where he is able to give friendly and professional guidance to both buyers and sellers. Tom has lived in Tunbridge Wells and Southborough for over 30 years.

  Elizabeth De Nieffe

  Lettings Coordinator

  Elizabeth joined the Kings team in 2019, as has wealth of experience in Lettings. Elizabeth has a sound knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells property market and her role as Lettings Coordinator sees her dealing with all aspects of Lettings to include; coordinating tenancy administration such as preparing tenancy agreements, organising renewals, arranging check in's / out's, dealing with deposits and conducting viewings. In her spare time Elizabeth loves all equestrian pursuits, theatre and skiing.

  Melissa Thomas

  Negotiator

  Melissa joined the team in 2019 and her position is Lettings Negotiator. Her role includes scheduling and conducting viewings, opening offers with clients and overseeing their progress in conjunction with his directors until an offer has been accepted. Melissa has lived in Tunbridge Wells her whole life and he knows the area extremely well. She attended Uplands Community College and previously worked in hospitality. She has excellent customer service skills.

  Nicholas Heath MARLA MNAEA

  Managing Director FNAEA, MARLA

  Nicholas has worked with the well-respected Kings Group since 1980. He became a Main Board Director and joint owner of Kings in 1992 before acquiring the Kings Tunbridge Wells office in 2010. He thoroughly enjoys working with two of his children (Gemma and Michael) in what has become a solid family business. Nicholas has specialised in the residential sectors and has specific expertise at the higher end of the marketplace and with homes of distinction.

  Jonny Broadhurst

  Property Manager

  Having over 5 years experience in residential lettings property management, most recently in a nationwide Property Management Company, Jonny has gathered significant knowledge and understanding of not only customer relationship management but also legislation relating to property management. During the past few years he has overseen a number of Prime London portfolios, dealing with a broad range of properties and clients. He brings a strong background in customer service and property expertise
