Steve Kimberley
Principal
Steve Kimberley started in the profession in 1979 and has gained considerable and valuable experience in corporate and independent residential estate agency practices where he achieved the position of Associate Partner. His background in estate agency started in Surrey and South London and he has now been resident in this area since 1982 where he has gained unrivalled local knowledge and insight into the community. He is a licensed member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).
Abigail Orchard
Sales Negotiator
Abbey has had a connection with Kimberleys for over 22 years, having been employed after a successful work placement from Falmouth School. We are fortunate that Abbey has experience in both sales and lettings and is an extremely hard working and popular member of the Kimberley's family. In more recent years Abbey has become a part time member of staff since the arrival of her two children that keep her really busy!
Julie Symons
Company Administrator
Julie is proud to be Cornish, having been born and brought up in Porkellis, near Helston. Having lived in Falmouth for over 33 years, she moved to Pool, near Redruth in 2017. Julie joined the company within weeks of it opening in 1997 and is responsible for all aspects of administration within the firm.
Gill Haywood
Business Manager
Gill has been working alongside Steve since Kimberley’s foundation in 1997. Gill is the company accounts and business manager responsible for the organisation of the office. Behind every good business man they say there is a woman and in Steve’s case this is Gill. Gill regularly attends the local area meetings for the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). Gill is married to Robin and has grown up children with their own families for which she is a very caring Grandma.
Gary Portman
Assistant Manager
Gary has worked in estate agency for over 20 years, gaining experience in both corporate and independent estate agencies as well as the new homes sector. He started his career in St. Ives with his father where he grew up before moving away and finding his way back home a few years ago. He now resides in St. Ives where he lives with his wife Tiffany and their three children who keep him busy. During is spare time Gary enjoys the occasional game of golf.
Chloe Walker
Sales Negotiator
Chloe joined the Kimberley's team in August 2022 as a trainee negotiator and has proved to be a valued member of the team. Living in Breage near Helston, Chloe has an in depth knowledge of the local and surrounding areas, particularly in the Helston and Falmouth areas and will always greet you with a smile.
