  Director of Hull Gregson & Hull since 2022, Matt prides himself in delivering the highest level of customer service, combined with utilising and evolving with the very latest technology. With over 10 years experience in the local property marketing Matt covers all aspects of sales and lettings.

  Tom Adams-Smith

  Lettings Manager

  Tom worked with Matt previously and shares the same pride in delivering the best level of service. Tom is a ‘Geek’ for technology, so enjoys introducing the latest procedures to ensure all customers receive the best, most streamlined service. Outside of work, Tom is a family man, so enjoys regular dog walks and spending time with his fiancé and two daughters.

  Alexis Harvey

  Sales & Marketing

  Alexis started her career in estate agency in 2016. Since then she has gained a great knowledge of the local market and in developing relationships with customers and clients. Alexis has dealt with both sales and lettings, so there’s very little she can’t help with! She now specialises is Sales and Marketing; dealing with day to day viewings, offers, property photography/ marketing, sales progression and all social media.

  Our longest serving member of staff, Pat joined Hull Gregson & Hull in 1983 as a building society clerk. There isn’t much Pat doesn’t know or hasn’t dealt with! Pat now works in our Yorkshire Building Society agency and assists with the accounting for our property management portfolio.

  Mike started his estate agency career back in 2009 and has since worked in managerial roles within two market leading companies in Weymouth. His drive and enthusiasm for growth has found him joining us at Hull Gregson & Hull Portland. Mike brings huge amounts of experience and knowledge, coupled with his scrupulous organisation! Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending quality family time with his wife and two children, whilst trying to fit in some renovations and home improvements in his home.

  Originally from Bath, Jasmine has been living on Portland for the past 15 years, so has a great knowledge of the area. Jasmine has extensive experience in working with the public, previously an Events Manager at a large local attraction in Dorset and most recently an Accounts Manager on Portland, before finding her place now at Hull Gregson & Hull. In her spare time, Jasmine enjoys dog walks around Portland, looking after her chickens, and early morning boot camp sessions! Jasmine strives to go

  Our youngest member of the team, but full of energy and enthusiasm to learn. Having just finished his A Levels in Business, Economics and History, Sam’s aim is to learn all aspects of the business to the highest standard. He will be more than happy to assist in any way he can, whether that’s in Sales, Lettings, or the Building Society. In his spare time, Sam enjoys regular gym workouts and socialising, playing golf and snooker!

  Despite his youth, Shay has a great deal of sales experience. With a history in estate agency, both in Weymouth and on Portland, as well as car sales, he certainly has the charm to get the job done. That aside, Shay’s goal is to assist customers and clients in their moves, whilst offering an impeccable level of customer service. In his spare time Shay, or should I say ‘DJ Shay’, hosts DJ events in exclusive venues across Dorset, plus he enjoys relishing in his loves for cars; often found at the
