Since 2016 we have created Houseshaw as a boutique estate agency with specialisms in Houses of Multiple Occupancy. We can confidently refer to ourselves as HMO specialists, and while the phones are busy with new enquiries and the ongoing management of the portfolio, we have a core focus on employing the best systems to ensure our landlords and tenants are as happy as can be. Our localised team look after the things on the ground and in the office, and we work with external staff to maximise marketing and tenant sourcing. We can be contacted by all modern methods (including specialised smartphone apps), and allow tenants to contact us 24 hours a day with our online platform, maintaining access to us for emergencies by telephone. Kind and friendly viewings offered at flexible times throughout the week and weekends, for prospective tenants interested in becoming a part of the HouseShaw family. Often many of our new housemates are not from this area, and we are pleased to introduce them to their new home, and house mates. As well as organising the occasional tenant social where we invite all our housemates to join us and meet other like minded people in a similar age group, expanding their networks, and ultimately allows HouseShaw to provide a well rounded, all inclusive package to all housemates, exceeding the norm within the HMO model.
