Director
Helen has been a landlord for over 25 years, and together, with John has built up a substantial property portfolio. Helen loves to keep on top of current legislation by attending training courses and lettings events on a regular basis. John and Helen have 5 children ranging in age from teenagers to toddlers, so in the little spare time Helen gets, she enjoys long walks in the country and holidays.
John Pass
Director
John has been a landlord for over 30 years. His first property was a 13 bedroom house share in Liverpool, and it snowballed from there. Soon he’d built up a portfolio of houses and flats across the North West, mainly in Runcorn. Having dealt with more lettings agents than he could count, he decided to start HomeSmart Lettings with Helen because they knew that they could offer a better, more personal approach to lettings. So that’s what they did. In his spare time, John enjoys watching or playing competitive sports especially Tennis and Football.
